Another severe thunderstorm warning for Lee County (also including Claiborne and Hanc ock Counties) until 11:30. These storms are moving northeast through the line as it weakens and is breaking down in the region.

Turning into more of a heavy rain threat now, numerous flash flood warnings, flood warnings, and flood advisories across KY and TN. Claiborne County is under a flood warning currently. Tornado watch still up until 2 p.m. Some embedded storms exist in the rain shield and there's some storms tracking across middle TN that may be something to watch.
Flood warnings up now for the region including Lee, Wise, Scott, Russell, and Washington Counties, until 7 p.m.
Looks like a couple of tornado warnings out for east TN including the Knoxville/Jefferson City/Morristown area.
We've gotten at least 2" in Coeburn. High water everywhere from Norton to Coeburn. We were dry through last Wednesday. Thurs/Fri's rains soaked us and this is just running off. Glad it's getting ready to end.
